Rooms where the work happens out loud
Two gatherings a year, built on the same conviction: the story you have been carrying is not too small, too messy, or too late. One is for entrepreneurs. One is for anyone with a testimony they have been scared to speak.
EVOLVE
A four-day mastermind for business owners, built by entrepreneurs who have run the companies they are teaching about. Your guides are Matt Berthot, Voice and Communication expert, Alex Vonderhaar, Neuroscience and Marketing genius, and Angela Goodman, Business Strategy and Alignment guide. Held on the Gulf Coast of Florida, with sessions on finances, leadership and owner independence, communication, and sales and marketing, plus real time to think and plan. This is the annual strategic planning your life demands.
Capped at 10 seats so the room stays a room, not an audience. Accommodation, meals and airport shuttle are included.

A live, in-person experience where the stage opens to your story. If you’ve been carrying a testimony you’ve been scared to share, or sensing God nudge you toward speaking it, this is the room for it. We’re also hosting a storytelling workshop the next day for those wanting guidance and support.

Guides who have run the companies
Angela leads EVOLVE alongside a team of guides drawn from finance, leadership, marketing, operations and healthcare. Every one of them is teaching from a business they have actually built.
