I’ve built businesses. I’ve exited businesses. I’ve had the title, the table, the spreadsheet that worked, and a quiet, persistent sense that I was performing a version of myself that God hadn’t actually authored. Before this work, I led a Commercial HVAC company, Eateries of Loudoun, and Valkyrie Ventures Group. All taught me more than any classroom could, about leadership, about people, about what happens when you build on the wrong foundation and what it takes to start over honestly.
In October 2024, I was called to start EVOLVE thru God, a podcast that holds space for real, unedited stories of how people came to know God and kept evolving from there. What started as a passion project became a movement. We’re now releasing a collaborative collection of testimonies from sixteen guests, and on September 18 in Nashville, I’m hosting My Testimony LIVE, a stage where the audience gets to share too. This work, the strategizing, the speaking, the podcast, the books, isn’t a pivot. It’s the assignment. And I’m finally fully in it.

A few things I’ll never coach around
- God is the author. I’m the guide. The work belongs to Him, and so does the outcome.
- You weren’t created to live split in two. The version of you in private and the version of you in public should be the same person.
- Truth is a kindness. The directness you’re afraid of is usually the very thing that sets you free.
- Your money, your calling, and your identity are connected. You can’t realign one without the others.
- Healing isn’t linear, and it isn’t optional. It’s the prerequisite for the next assignment.
